Dear Sir,

Last 1 Year I Have SBI Credit card.I was paid 50,939 Rs Amount in month of October .Now i am not using S.B.I Credit card. But Dated 1 Dec i was call to Customer care and request for no due latter then the representative register my request [Request No:1-4021796437] & assure my that i will get no due latter within 10 Dec. but till date i am not getting No due latter from S.B.I Credit card team.Now the think is i was again register the complaint[ Mode of complaint Mail] date on 10 Feb regarding my pending concern [No Due latter] then i was received the mail from Kavita Bisht – Customer Service SBICredit card Team [Interaction Id- 1-5031253308] and she was reassure me that my concern will be resolve within 8 Working days.Here i would like to inform you that within 8 days i was provide required details to Mis, Kavita Bisht – Customer Service and remainder 6 to 7 time but Miss Kavita Bisht – & Nodalofficer@sbicard.com team not resolve my concern..
