Subject: Unlawful harassment over SBI Card dues
My Name: Satya Narayan Singh
My City: Faridabad
My State: Haryana
My Complaint Against: SBI Credit Card
Complaint Category: Banks Complaints
Claim Amount (Approx.): 40000
My Complaint Description:
I am complaining this on behalf of my bother in law. He had taken a credit card from SBI which number is 5241 8282 0424 1451. Some 4 years ago there was a fraudulent transaction because of lack in SBI card security. Even this transaction was over and above the credit card limit!! This transaction was done in USA when my brother in law was in India.

We have immediately notified this fraudulent activity to SBI customer care and request them to settle it. However, it seems there was some issue in calculation, which my brother in law did not understand and in good faith he was paying the installments. Here, I would like to inform you that my brother in law is not well since then and having issue with memory and calculation. He has also lost his job from quite sometime and having no source of income. We have given a copy of his medical records to last visited SBI card person and had taken necessary photographs.

When we had done a rough calculation of what my brother in law had paid to SBI we came to know that there has been excess payment done to you.

We would like to request you that please can you refund the excess paid amount asap. Also, please don't harass us on dues amount which does not exist as such. If you do not comply with aforesaid mentioned then we don't have a choice other than going to a law of court for harassment, illegal demand of money and deficiency in service.
