My Complaint Description:
I had Used my credit card in ATM because i needed the money AND used this only once. But this was printed twice in my transaction history. Had immediately raised a complaint from the same. But a month later i received an email stating that card was indeed used to debit the amount. Had emailed them stating the same that i had used it but only once but every time i get the same reply that log has been attached. Even their log states that card was used only once. this good for nothing people are not even bothered to look at the email content or the log history that they had sent me. Opting for SBI credit card has been the biggest mistake of my life.
