My Complaint Description:
I bought Gionee A1, by doing pre booking of the phone. But the thing is that handset is faulty and had lot of Problems with the handset.
I visited your service center for software problem, after that again i visited for Bugs in your software (Video Player used to Stop).
Then 3rd time visited your for Headphone jack which i replaced it from service center.
4th time I visited to replace Cable of Charger. It doesn't end here, that cable again it's not working after 24 hours.
Now new problem is knocking my door, Back and Forth button doesn't works in between and it does not recognizes the finger print at one time, forget about recognizing in Milliseconds. So should I takeout a day from every month to visit your Service center?
I need a replacement.
Please do the needful.
