I am sorry to inform you being senior asst Mr Nirav Dave (UGVCL Gandhinagar kudasan swagat rain forest 1) has no manners how to deal with customers (specially Ladies). This is regarding our electricity was disconnected by ugvcl on 22/06/15 at 4:30 pm, as due to some cr card problem my full amount was not credited in ugvcl account, which I came to know only after our elect got disconnected.
My wife had rushed to pay the balance amount along with the penalty. Mr Nirav Dave asked my wife you staying close by, then why you do not come and pay the bill here, My wife told him we pay online, kindly chk and let me know why it has been disconnected. On this point he started talking rudly and said, (tho jao online paisa bari ne aao pachi hu penalty laise). it was still 4;45 pm cash closes at 5pm. My question is even though we pay our bill online regularly, Is there any rule that ugvcl are not suppose to collect cash if we are on time i.e before 5pm? He (Nirav Dave) started arguing and said he would not collect the cash, You must go and pay online, as the cash is closed now, as he was talking a customer came and payed the bill and it was accepted. Then why he behaved with Ladies so rudly, only because it is ladies, not only that at 4:55 pm i.e before 5pm he asked the cashier to closed down the cash window and do not collect cash from this lady, and talking rudly said you will have to wait till tomorrow morning to get back the electricity.
Then from 1 of our society member I got the contact # for Mr J J Desai, I requested him explaing the matter, and we got the connection back at 7;30pm, any how the cash was not excepted as said Mr Nirav Dave I had to go online again to pay the small amount,which he could have excepted cash as the counter was not closed yet.
I hope you would surly take some necessary action against this as some staff working in their has been telling if we complain about this guy (Mr Nirav Dave) it would not be good for customer.
