My Complaint Description:
I own a Samsung Note2 Phone which I had bought on 13th june, 2014.
I had a problem with the headphone audio Jack for which I had submitted my phone to samsung service center on 7th June, 2014. The problem was however not solved even after the service center kept my phone with them for 1 day.
Then I had extended the warranty, and it was upto 13th june.2015. During the period of my extended warranty I visited the service center 4 times and all 4 times I had to move out because of the service center timing and server issues, I didnt have time to visit the service center every now and then because of my office hours.
Now that my phone is out of warranty, I have to get my Phone repaired by paying.
I am writing this complaint because I am dissatisfied with the kind of service samsung's offering. My 4 times visit to the service center was in vain due to the service center issues and now that my warranty has expired, I have to pay for the service which could have been covered under warranty.

Hoping to get some positive response from the head authority.
