My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,

I have purchase Tikona WI-Bro Service Subscription (User Id: 1111370481) which was expire on 7th October 2015. So I have made Disconnection request on 21st September 2015 and they had registered our request. We got confirmation call from Tikona on 21st September 2015 and we confirmed that we want dis-connection. I have not been given any details about dis-connection process and terms of dis-connection on call from them. They just said that you connection would be disconnected within 10-12 days.

As we had requested disconnection they should disconnect our connection but instead of disconnection they started sending Bills. First they send us Bill of Rs 4600 but when we complained they asked us that they would check it and do needful then They send bill for RS. 1530. They are adding RS. 100 as a Delay charge per month.

We need justice against this type of unethical business policy. It seems like Tikona WI-Bro Service is trying to cheat their customer by not providing correct information and by annoying calls, emails and SMSs

We have send many emails but they never replied via mail as they feel that if we provide any information in written for then we might be trapped so they are never providing detailed inform as I mention above when they called me for disconnection conformation they had not provided any details for Disconnection process and Terms. They should send notification to customer that They would disconnect their connection and these are conditions and terms for disconnection but they never do that

We have also requested list of complains which we have made during Subscription but they never provided that me which shows that They intentionally not providing details .

I had huge lose in my business due to poor quality of service and poor quality of Support. I have suffered from mental harassment by them by non reasonable bills. Lots of My time has been wasted in complaining and calling them. So I claim Rs. 20000 against him

Please give me justice and do needful. I feel that there are thousand of customers like me which have been cheated by Tikona WI-Bro Service.

I hope necessary investigation and action will be taken against Tikona WI-Bro Service in respect to my complain.

You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later.
