My Complaint Description:
I have purchased my Xiaomi Redmi note 3G mobile handset from Filpkart 03rd December 2014 Bill No.BLR_WFLD20141200098981. I have submitted my handset on 09th September 2015 in
ENSURE SUPPORT SERVICES INDIA LIMITED,
GF-1, Krishna Court, Nutan Bharti Society, Nr. MK High School, Alkapuri, Baroda (Vadodara).

The main problem in my handset was Patch on Display & Network Dropping. My work order No: BAR/XM/15/1536 Dt. 09.09.2015 & 2nd work order from Network dropping is BAR/XM/15/15/1834. On submission of my handset under warranty, they told me "it will take 30 days to repair the handset". After 30 days, I went to Ensure Support ( Vadodara Authorized Service station) to collect my handset, but they couldn't repaired due to non availability of spare part from Xiaomi company. They told us to come after 15 days. even after 15 days, they just had same answer that, they didn't received spare part from company, come after 15 days. I came after next 15 days, they said that your screen problem was resolved, but network dropping problem still not resolved due to parts nonavailability. They also insist us to log complain on Xioami call center 18001036286. So i did the complain & they gave me the complain no 745599 on 13th November 2015. they also call me back on 14th Nov 2015 that you handset was repaired & collect it, when i visited the service station, they told us that your patch problem is resolved but network dropping still not resolved, we yet not received parts of network dropping, again i call customer care & they told us we again log your complain & will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible, but yet not get the my handset. they have also exhausted my more that 2 month warranty & not ensuring me to extend my handset warranty.Now I am just fed-up with the service station (Ensure Support service India Ltd – Baroda ) & Xiaomi customer care center for repeated non satisfactory answer.
Kindly help me on above issue.
