ORDER NO: 96740641, ORDER DATE: 09/08/2016,
ORDER RECEIVING DATE: 16/08/2016
RETURN REQUEST DATE : 16/08/2016

ACTION: MONEY BACK OR REPLACEMENT.
After receiving the product it was found that, the product was damage(LCD WAS BROKEN, TOUCH PANEL WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY) and immediately requested to Money back/Replace the product ASAP.
The request was received by the concern authority(SHOPCLUES.COM) and informed me that the mobile will be replaced or money back within a very short period.
From dated 16.08.2016 to 26.08.2016 I had contacts with them over telephone and through mail to them.
But, unfortunately, they do nothing but an "apologized" letter. and from the day first- "wait for 48 hours"
