My Complaint Description:
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from i ordered Two Slim n Lift Slimming Vest for MEN order No.- 93046037 on, on 12th June 2016, i received the package on 16th June 2016 at 11.00am, that was on cash on delivery so i paid total Rs. 658/- (Unite Price – Rs. 449/-,) now i open it see that its only one unit instead of two. so i immediately call to Awful ShopClues customer service and inform the issue of missing unit. so he assured and ask me to wait for 48hrs to revert. on monday i received a mail below from ShopClues.

" We apologize for the inconvenience caused against order no. 93046037 (Slim n Lift Slimming Vest for MEN).

We value your relationship with us and would like to offer you 418 Clues Bucks for one missing quantity which will be credited in your account after your confirmation. You may keep the product as well with you as we are unable to arrange the replacement/reshipment for the same due to unavailability of the product with the merchant.

We request you to acknowledge. Once we receive confirmation from your end, we will credit Clues Bucks which will reflect in 48 hr in your Shopclues account. "

When i check on line on ShopClous (Plz find the below link) all products of Slim n Lift Slimming Vest for MEN was available and above mail was just an excuse for me. it seems that they make me fool so i called to customer service and asked for the conclusion but they again put me on hold for 15min, and ask me to wait for 48hrs again. And i understand that this 48hrs neither ends nor i get my product back so i decided to teach them a lesson.

I trust this is not the way that awful company wishes to conduct business with valued customers—billions of people have been shopping online since the company was founded. So if they want to sustained the business they have to solve all tiny problems of all their customers.

  1. i lodge a complaint on 20th June 2016, still i have not got my refund or any solution till date how can i complaint against Grahak Surakha ? is this portal run by any human or it is just facebook wall and can write or complaint anything and public will get enjoyed reading all this nonsense..Hello…any one from Grahak surksha ?
