dear sir/madam
i have purchased a new xiaomi redmi 2 mobile 2-july-2015 through shopclues mobile application it is defective condition. Even no service center is available in the Rajkot city. i want to replacement/refund only..i am not satisfied shopclues customer care service i will 8 time complain but no solution. customer care number 01244414888. not proper answer to me please sir solve my problem early as possible…

    Further to my mail, I would like to place the following for your review.

    After so much of online search, I placed order for my Honda City Side beading on 10.09.2017 with SC- Shopclues
    On 16.09.2017 at 01.46 pm, I had received an SMS stating that the product has been delivered.
    On this day I was at my Office . In the evening when I checked at home, they said that there were no delivery from SC
    Immediately, I raised two complaints on NON receipt and you have these records
    There were NO calls and no follow ups surprisingly to know the reasons or whereabouts from SC..poor show

    After a lapse of 25 days , you are forwarding an image of my signature. That is NOT my signature
    Some one has forged my signature or taken the delivery.
    I am sure that your delivery boys are trained enough to identify who is the real and bonafide customer.
    I am really surprised at the pace that such complaints are being handled ,when we are talking of the same day delivery and next day delivery. I am regular buyer on Online and may be I am not so frequent at Shopclues but I am a member with Shopclues for long time.
    Coming to my product ..the said product has NOT been delivered to me or at my address.
    Just by forwarding a mail with some image and closing the complaint is NOT acceptable
    Please note that I do regular online e com portal purchases and all these products gets delivered to the given address without a miss. I am staying at this address for the last 25 years and there is no reason to say that your delivery boy missed.

    I have a doubt that your delivery boy must have managed to scribble my signature and declared as delivery or he must have delivered at wrong address. I am sure that Shopclues must have a way of checking and confirmation of the product delivery to your customers. I am really wondering how your system would work if I order highly expensive products .
    Also, I am also not sure how guessed that your customer will not raise any alarm on the non receipt after a lapse of 15 day.

    Kindly escalate this subject and ensure that the product is delivered or arrange the refund immediately. If I dont receive any reply within next two days, I may be constrained to forward this complaint and approach consumer court for appropriate redressal.
