My Complaint Description:
I have ordered a black colour headphone on 14th of may & it was delivered at 24th of may but it was in white colour , so registered a request on the same day with image attached of headphone which is of white colour & it was accepted . I have curiour from Maruti curiour service on the address they said mailed to me because reverse pick up was not available at my city . .On next day they told me to send the receipt ot curiour , so I done as per their saying.On 1st of june they send me the headphone with rejection so I call on customer care number & again register the complain & they promise me that they will replace my order as well as pay the charges of curiour at my shopclue account done both the time . So they tell me curiour the headphone again , so have done the curiour from Maruti curiour service again on 2nd of june , but again the headphone was back at my home without any replacement & when call on the customer care number they told me that its your curiour service mistake. So now I'm tired of all this things so I want to do the case on them for wasting of my time & money & provided mental harashment & stress to me.
