My Complaint Description:
I ordered Lotto pounce sports shoes of size 10 on date 26 August, 2015 at 11:32 pm. Next day when I tried to check on website it showed size 6. So I tried to contact shopclues on their website, but they don't have any contact number on it. So when the product came from delhivery courier, I refuse to accept the product as it was size 6, so I returned the courier to the guy who came to deliver the product, as he suggested me that. And I hoped that the product will be reached soon at the place where it came from. Which is called RTO (return to origin), which mostly happens with all the courier company.
And as a formality I chose to select refund money for selected product. So the automated mail came to me telling that they have initialized pickup of product. So I was worried that I have already returned the product how am I going to return to the guy which will come for pickup. and after a day or two, I tracked my shipment on delhivery's site which showed that is has reached its origin and accepted. But no one in shopclues know about that. I found shopclues' customer support number on google and called them they should look there for the returned product but they are sending automated repetitive mails of pickup initialization again and again. I talked with 3 different shopclues persons about that, they talked convincingly but no effect after that.
So please help me solve this issue and get my 780 rupees back. I am giving my order details below:
