I have purchase one nos. Dell laptop from Shopclues.com online , i have order the product on 07/01/2016 and was delivered on 15/01/2016 , when i open the box and try to turn on the laptop it was not started .(totally dead) so i call to shopeclues.com and raise the return request for replacement . I was continuously try to contact the shopclues.com for the replacement but they denied to replacement and told me to go to the near by service center for repairing . please help me on this . As per there terms and condition they have to replace the same . but they refuse to replace . Ganesh patel-9925500843
