10th july Miss. Pooja call me from this no. 09266661952 we should told us our website provide 60% discount if any product buy in our website www.shopnwin.co.in . First time I am not interested. But she continues call me. I have inquiry about dell note book series laptop. She told me dell notebook (Dell inspiron 3148) our website price 41000/- but we are provide 60% discount if you interested our product so our price 5700/- I have inquiry that product and I ask payment method. Miss. Pooja told me payment pay only our company account. 14th shopnwin customer care ([email protected]) through send me bank details & account number
Bank Name- HDFC Bank
But I am not interested payment method.
15th july morning Miss. Aanksha call me from this no. 09278787086. And told me laptop price 5700/- but we have pay half payment (3000/-) form shopnwin account and after receive product you pay second half payment (2700/-) in COD. That time I have agree and I paid half of payment Rs. 3000/- shopnwin HDFC bank account (A/C-50200010305940). Customer care send me conformation mail in my mail account on half and hour.
17th july I call customer care from inquiry our product. Some person receive a call and told me first you pay incurrence cost Rs. 8750/- incase your product is courier through damage. So shopnwin replace a product & the person told me if any cases your product is not damage shopnwin pay back incurrence cost Rs. 8750/- by cheque. That time I pay incurrence cost in HDFC bank account and this person told me your product dispatch in the evening and we are call us and give the courier details. 18th & 19th july is holiday so customer care can’t receive our call than Monday morning I have call back to customer care then thay receive a call and told me your product dispatch in the evening and we are call us and give the courier details.
After a proceed next 2-3 days both number are switch off and I have call to customer care thay can’t receive our call. On 23rd july I have directly contact to HDFC bank in Branch-Rajouri Garden, Delhi. And bank employ Miss. Priya receive a call and I told us about the history. And I told shopnwin company account number. She check the account and told thay have two transection from SRS Electronics. Than she help me from account holder name (Mr. Ajay Singh), number (08287231095) and e-mail id ([email protected]) and she told me dorect contact to the person and solve the problem. Than 23rd july 10:30 AM I called Mr. Ajay singh and he told me 11 Am I reach the office and check your detail call back after 11 Am. Afrer 12 Am I call back Mr. Ajay singh and that time same answer check my account detail and call in the evening. If incase I have refund your payment. Same day 6 PM Mr. Anuj Agrawal (09278787086) call me and told me sir if you have interested refund or our product. That time I tall us I have refund my payment.
27th july I call back Mr. Ajay singh that time they number is unreachable. Oher numbers are switch off and I call customer care thay not receive my call. 27th july to 6th August I call to shopnwin all numbers thay can’t any reply. And I send to mail Admin, Customer care & Mr. Ajay singh. But we have not a any reply from calls & mails. 7th August Mr. anuj Agrawal a receive a call. I talk to him refund from my payment Rs. 11750/-. Mr. anuj Agrawal told me 10th august your successfully refundable in your account. But today 14th August I have not receive any kind of payment.
I have request to grahak suraksha Kendra I need your help to refund my payment.
