My Complaint Description:
I placed an order for a Nike backpack at Order no. 96095371 on 2nd November..i got it 2 or 3 days later but i didn't find it genuine so i access the return request but their pick up facility is not available in my they told me to courier it to i packed the bag in actual condition in which i got it..with care… reached them to 6th November..but not a single confirmation they respond..for a week..and whenever i call them..they told me it is not reached us or our team is working or ur product is on quality check..i waited a long..but not i single satisfactory answer i got..
And then i oftentimes call them..then they responded on 20 or 21 nov and product is failed in their quality check..they are making me fool..and don't want to refund my money..please help me..i want my money back..please take an early and serious action against them..bcz it's not my problem..this is for all those who are being cheated like me..
