DEAR SIR,
I HAD PURCHASED A YUPHORIA MOBILE ON AMAZON.IN WEBSITE THROUGH MY HDFC CREDIT CARD ON 12TH AUGUST. AS PER 15TH AUGUST FESTIVAL SCHEME IT WAS 15% CASHBACK ON THIS WEBSITE. IT MUST BE IN MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AFTER 3 MONTHS PROBABLY ON 12TH NOVEMBER. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET. I HAD CALLED AMAZON 3-4 TIMES BUT NOW THEY ARE SUGGESTING ME TO DISCUSS WITH HDFC CREDIT CARD OFFICE. I HAD GONE TO MEET HDFC BANK BUT THEY TOLD ME THERE IS NO CREDIT CARD OFFICE. I HAVE TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER ON CALLING ONLY. WHEN I CALL TO HDFC CREDIT CARD SERVICE NUMBER, THEY DONT RECEIVE THE PHONE AND IF THEY RECEIVE THEY DONT ANSWER PROPERLY.

PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
