My Complaint Description:
I ordered a kelvinator 150 ltr refrigerator on next online store worth 9211.00 INR on 19th May 2015 and paid through my credit card my order no is 00569706. After two days later I got a call form Next CS representative named Jyoti that they do not have the refrigerator i ordered online and she offered me a replacement of that fridge that I accepted. after one week when I called their Customer service they told me that they do no have any information updates regarding my order. I called again two days later and they said that it is in progress, called second time and one of the CS Rep provided the courier company's contact no. to me that was not existed. I called again and one of them said that your order has been shipped and you will receive it in next two days.
I waited for that and never received any call or mail regarding that. I called again and again and some of them said not able to provide any status. I called again to cancel the order than one of the NEXT CS rep said that he jas lodged my complaint and transfer the call to his senior and he told me that please wait for one more week and you will get your order.
I again waited for one week and when I did not hear back anything from them I sent them emails for that never got any response.
on Thursday 4th June I called again to finally cancel the order and their CS rep said that he has sent my complaint to back office and they will call me or email me by 2 O'clock that day. I waited for all the day and neither I received any call or email from them.
I called them on Friday 5th June I called them again and they repeated the same statement that I will get call in next 24 hours but I did not receive it.
Saturday Morning I called on their other back office number where I got chance to talk with Jyoti and she apologized and said that you order was not dispatched because of their warehouse maintenance and will be shipped in by Tuesday 9th June
that I rejected and said I want to cancel this order and refund my money. She said ok to it after two hours later I got call from Jyoti that my order has been dispatched and will receive it shortly I again requested to her that now I want my money back because I was so frustrated with them and wanted no customer relationship with them. She said Okay sir if you don't want this product it will be cancel and your money will get transfer back in you account in 10 days and in next 24 hours you will get cancellation confirmation on your email.
But after two three hours later I got message and email that my order has been deliver to some courier company and by Tuesday I will be receiving it.
I ignored it. On Sunday 7th June I checked my email box and could not find the product cancellation confirmation mail. I waited again till Monday and on Monday it was same story. I called again and told them everything again the CS rep put my call on hold for 8 minutes and after that I don't know why it was disconnected. I called again and told the same story again other CS rep said that please send us an email regarding cancellation the product, I told her that I have already sent it to them on Saturday. she said to sent it again what I did and see said that in next 24 hours I will get cancellation confirmation email and refund money in my account in 10 days.
Now today it is 14th of June and till today I did not get any message on my mobile or Email. I have emailed them again.
Please help me to get my money back it's been almost 1 month I ordered and now I am about to get my Credit Card bill and I have to paid my bank.
I am feeling so cheated. please help me help me help me.
