Dear Sir,
I have purchased online Lenovo Vibe K5 plus on 18th August 2016 having order no. 12424 on Yet showing processing status. When I tried their customer care no. 18001028650, is not ringing completed and disconnected automatically. Also on email there is no response for order status yet. So you are requested to look into this matter and help me either getting product or my money.

    I have not received any response from the shopsubh for the above order #12424 complaint. The details provided by paytm on mail for this merchant are as follows:
    1800-2700-960 & [email protected]. Contact Person- Anand Kumar Pandey 9647167558. Merchant’s address is KUMARDHUBI BAZAR, CHIRKUNDA, DHANBAD, Jharkhand – 828202.
    But there is no response on mail and mobile number is continuously switched off. So I am not able to contact this merchant for order status.
    This is complete fraud and I want to get refund from them.
