DEAR SIR,
I AM ANKIT MEHTA I WAS HAVING OUTSTANDING AMOUNT ON HDFC CREDIT CARD. ON 22 TH MAY , 2 EXECUTIVE CAME FROM HDFC CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT.THEY SAID ME MY LAST TOTAL OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IS 39400 RS AND I GAVE THEM A CHEQUE FOR THE SAME.AFTER 15 DAYS IN THIER CREDIT CARD STATMENT AGAIN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IS 2882.I COMPLAIN TO THEIR DEPARTMENT AND THEY ARE SAYING YOU MUST CALL THEIR HELPLINE NO BEFORE MAKING THE PAYMENT ALTOUGH THE EXECUTATIVE WAS FROM THEIR DEPARTMENT ONLY.THEY ARE SAYING ME TO PAY THIS UNNECCESARY CHARGES WHICH I THINK IS NOT FAIR.AFTER CONFIRMING THEIR EXECUTATIVE I MAKE PAYMENT THEN CAN I MAKE PAYMENT OF SUCH AN UNNECESSARY OUTSTANDINGS WHICH ARE IN NAME OF LATE FEE,INTEREST,ETC.
