My Complaint Description:
I had placed an order for a Smart Office Chain in Black on the 9th Feb 2016 of which order was cancelled by snapdeal on the 13th Feb 2016 and again replaced by them. I have been tracking the status of delivery everyday and it keeps showing as 'Readying for Dispatch' since the 9th Feb 2016. I have also called the customer care about this issue twice and also sent a complaint email and the only response I get is to wait for 'X' amount of days or hours.
This product was meant to be a birthday gift for my manager, which is now in the past. If they cannot full-fill my order with the particular product I have ordered then they should either send me the next best similar product or notify me that the product is no longer available and provide me with a full refund and compensation.
Please advice on what I should do.
