This is my complain number 13182792
i have purchased an iphone 5s 16gb space grey worth rs. 26749 and in delivery i got micromax worth rs. 5000 .
friends plz be aware from snapdeal , now like fraudsters they also started to cheat the customers and till the date i did'nt get my refund back .
they just say that your refund is initiated but no refund shows in my account , they just give us the fake promises and all .
i cannot believe that the brand ambassador of this site is AMIR KHAN , they just dont care whoever the brand ambassador is , they just cheat by advertising in the name of AMIR KHAN , friends snapdeal is not a genuine website if u thinks to buy anything from this than plz think again and again,
they deduct the money from the account quickly & if they wants to refund any customer than it takes a week . . .
