My Complaint Description:
I purchased shoes from on 09-January-2014. I received the same on 13-January-2014. But the shoes that I purchased did not fit on my legs. So I asked them for size change. But people from snapdeal told me that they are not having the size that I was asking for, hence I should opt for refund and their people will come to collect the product from my shipping address. But somehow the shipping address was not in their area, so I was suppose to courier the same on my own. And they also informed me to send a scanned copy of the courier receipt, so that I can get the refund for the courier charges. which totalled to 1628[Shoes price] + 300[Courier charges] = 1920 INR. Once they received the courier, they did not gave me any acknowledgement. The email with the courier receipt was sent on 22-January-2014. So expected date of refund can be maximum 3-february-2014. But no reply or conversation took place in the said time. In the same time I asked them for the status about the refund process on 27-January-2014.
On 7-february-2014 I sent email with the following body

”Dear Support team,

It has been 11 days since I recieved your mail. I am still waiting to know from you the status of order no: 1589792142
Can you please give me a clear answer regarding the refund, As the amount of refund that I am entitled to receive is 1628 + 300 INR courier charges. And it is a big amount for me, So when and how soon will I get the refund? Please do give me a tentative date so that I can wait accordingly. No follow up seems to have been taken ever since I have placed my complain. ”

Still no positive reply.

On 9-February-2014 I made a phone call which was taken by them and I was informed that, though we have received used product, still you are eligible for refund so kindly send us your bank details, which I sent immediately.

On 11-February-2014 I received email which was saying that they have received my account details and they have forwarded my account details to their concerned department and they will get back to me at the earliest along with the refund processing details.

that was the last conversation via email. And now even at the point of writing this complaint I have not received any further email.

I have also recorded some of the phone calls that I made to snapdeal team. And also in those phone calls they have agreed to give me refund even though the product they found was used. So I am asking you to help me get my refund.
