My Complaint Description:
I had ordered Philips Spa-30 2.0 laptop/desktop speaker with USB plug on 28th october, 2015 with orderid 12204380810 where in description in the application they showed that the product contain earphone plug-in but actually it is not, I returned it on 08th November, 2015 with courier service named NUVO EX, but still there passed 18 days they showed me that your reverse pickup is in progress and they always answered that within 2 days they would refuned the value of this speaker, but they can't so I claimed only original price of this product, I don't want any other claimed that mentally distribution and work progress stopped from 15-20 days.
