Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered one mobile through online shopping website Snapdeal.com on 29th of May and done online payment of Rs.7299, My order no. 6532260615 which was provided by Snapdeal.com. After 7 days of placing my order now Snapdeal.com sand me one simple message "your order has been cancelled and and your money will refund" but after that all i try to talk with Snapdeal.com's customer care. But Snapdeal.com say they have no any update about my order and they cant do anything about my refund and my product which i was ordered.
Please do the needful.

  1. I try many time but Snapdeal.com customer care executive say all time your system is not ok, call after 1 hour or 2 hour. i m not satisfied with your 3rd class answer. improve your facility and stop to make making fool your customers.
