My Complaint Description:
I have ordered for HTC Desire 816G Plus Octa-core 15GB White mobile costs Rs.17,470/-and paid for the same on 10/06/2015. But after opening the parcel I noticed that SNAPDEAL has affixed the sticker that 816G Plus on the mobile parcel which is 816G Quadcore which costs around Rs.15,000/-. Hence I have returned the same on 11/06/2015. Till now SNAPDEAL has not refunded my amount; SNAP Deal used to say that your amount will be credited within 4 days; after 4 days they are sending email that provide your account details; Again they are sending email that my account will be credited within 4 days; This shows that SNAPDEAL has not only cheated me by sending a lower end mobile but also dragging time to refund my amount; Hence, they should pay for my valuable time & Interest for the amount I have paid; Hence I am requesting SNAPDEAL to refund my amount immediately with Interest & costs for mental agony Rs.20,000/- MY INVOICE NO. SAF761/15-16/8260 DATED 06/06/2015
