My Complaint Description:
i bought ambrane 13000mah power bank from snapdeal , i received it on 17th sep 2016 my order no is 1508398165,sub order no is 18801164687. when i received the box ,it was very durty and invoice sticker was also broken ,i thought it was occure during handling no problem but when i unbox it in the evening i saw that plastic stick behind the power bank is unstick and some patches of dust on the power bank , i checked the manufacturing date on box of power bank its aug 2016 so i thought its new but when i used it charged my 2100mah phone for 2.5 times only inplace of minnimum 5 times when i return this product currior boy came to pickup but he refused to take it he said it is old product and why i had open this and gone back . i called to customer care they told me pick up takes place but 2 times pick up massage came and in evening cancellation of pickup massage came from snapdeal .i call and complaint takes place for many times but no action they take .last two times currior boy without visit my home reply the company that i return the wrong product to him .currior boy say change the statement i was written during choose the return option on site i wrote the statement that this product is not working properly .i also said this problem to customer care but they says they also cannot change this statement. and sir currior boy say that when he receive the mail from snapdeal with changing statement he will come to pickup and if statement will not change then he will not came . please sir help me in eigher chnge my product or get me refund back. lease sir solve my problem as soon as possible its a humble request
