My Complaint Description:
I have placed an order of Sony CP- V10/ WHITE 10000 mAh power bank with order number 6543061009 on 30th may,2015. I got delivered my power bank on 4th June, 2015. By unwrapping my courier, i came to know, my power bank has some scratch on it as well as the color was golden instead of white which i actually ordered. The actual power bank should have 2 USB ports for charging but the product which i got had only one charging USB port for output. The most surprising thing was, along with my power bank in the courier i also got Sony earplug absolutely free !!! I was totally astonished by this scenario. There was nothing mention about this free offer on the website of Snapdeal or any where else. was it a bribe from seller to accept a used, second hand device ?
This is totally disgusting ! i was not expecting this kind of act from a highly reputed e-commerce company like Snapdeal.
As a piece of proof i have pictures of bill details, Pictures of Power bank, Pictures of Free ear plug which i got.
I have returned my device to snapdeal and refund has been deposited in my account but i would like to take necessary steps against company so that this kind of act will not be repeated and company won't try to cheat any of the customers aging in the future.
