My Complaint Description:
i purchased a redmi 32gb mobile from snapdeal on 26 july 2016 and i was handed over a faulty mobile on 31st july 2016 in which the mobile looses its wi-fi network on its own and internet stops to work at all. all this happens when i am able to use internet on my other mobile properly. I complained on 2nd aug about this issue on company website well within legal time frame of 7 days refund/return policy of the company. The companies engineer visited to verify this issue and confirmed through his reciept which is with me. Now on 7th aug 2016 company called me from 0124-6255500 on my number 8459034151 only to tell your issue is not valid, as the company takes back only faulty mobile for which i argued that this is a faulty mobile but their representative had no answer. Now the company has also stopped replying to my email also. I feel cheated with this companies deficiency in services. Pls help
