My Complaint Description:
I have bought iBall Slide 9017-D50 8GB 3G Calling Tablet (Black). after received the product, when i start the tablet a problem was discovered, that is, after starting when the tablet to be operate its screen blinks and screen become blank, nothing could be done on it.
I have receive the product on 10th january , after that i opened their website and as per procedure i make return optino on their site on 14th january. after that i phoned them for returning this product every they told me that they will take back the product and refund me. but still now they do not take any step about this. I still have the faulty product and they neither collect the faulty tablet from me nor refund.

Please help me.

      After the submission of this complain to grahaksuraksha, snapdeal team contact me over phone. after knowing the problem, they pick the faulty product up from my house and refund me through freecharge account.
