My Complaint Description:
Hi Sir/Mam,

This is just to inform you that Snapdeal is a biggest fraud company I have ever seen. I am also working in an E-commerce business and I know how important is the promises to the customer.
I have placed the order for NIKE ULTIMATE GRAPHIC BACKPACK on 6th October 2015 at 1.47am. I got the confirmation from them regarding order taken. After placing order when I refreshed the page it was showing sold out. Expected delivery date was given between by 12th Oct 2015. Then after two days I have spoken with Seller about the order and got the confirmation about they have stock. After that I have requested Snapdeal Customer care team and gave the request for earliest delivery at-least by 11th October. Request has been accepted and I have been told that your goods will be with you on time.
I waited for whole one day and then spoke with Manager at customer care, her name was MONA. She told me I can not assure you but I will definitely try to dispatch goods before time which was satisfactory answer from her and asked me to wait for 24 more hours for the confirmation Email.
Then i just recived an Email from Snapdeal is your order has been cancelled "We were not able to keep up with the overwhelming orders received and unfortunately have run out of stock."
I need an answer as I have all the proof of the orders and also I have contact list and also it is easy for me to get the recordings.

So dear Sir please let me know whom should I contact if I want to go ahead with Legal Procedure.
