My Complaint Description:
respected sir,
i placed order on 14 december but its courier partner cancelled my order on 17 dec. they said that he made a payment but it could not show to my account. then i called him and told this problem they said me that upload your account mini statement so , i did it. i uploaded my statement on 21st dec. but still, i did not receive any refund from them moreover i called him 15 times but he bifurcate me with several statement's.
they said me thet they will fix the problem in 48 hours but everyrime i did not receive anything
so sir plz note this complain and take a strong action agains this snapdeal.
i know that 579 is not a big amount but i am come from middle class family whereas one – one rupees are very important in our life
