I have purchased Aqua Grand 10 Ltrs Grand Plus RO unit from M/s Snapdeal via Order No: 5646017210 dated 05/04/2015, since last one & half month I was facing some issue w.r.t. operation of RO unit, I lodged complaint for the same to M/s Snapdeal, Complaint ID: 19960735 dated 25/02/2016, they have provided vendor contact details for attending complaint, but suggested vendor was not responding, so I again lodged a complaint for the same complaint ID: 20286123 dated 03/03/2016, afterward M/s Snapdeal suggested to contact same vendor details who was not responding earlier. Everytime during call M/s Snapdeal promised to attend complaint within 48 hours, but still my problem remains same. At last today they deny to provide after sells service saying that consumer has carrying out unauthorized repairs, So please help in this regard.
