Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Shobhit Trivedi from Ahmedabad. Sir i have ordered philips mixer grinder from on 18th Oct 2015 and product received on 4th Nov. 2015. On the time of receiving product was damaged so i have claimed for refund on 4th nov. 2015 but till date reverse pickup not came. I have complaint and taking followup from one month but they did not respond. so sir/madam please help me.
