My order no is 9154502585 Reference number: 11012390 hv purchased micromax canvas from snapdeals.

Below are the problems faced in the handset..
1. Camera not working properly.
2. Contact list automatically deleted.
3. Social sides( ie. Facebook, watsup hike etc.) Some time not working.
4. Charger sent by you was not working…so I purchased a new Charger from local market but still the mobile was not charging.

Mobile contact list was getting auto deleted frequently.

Camera was having black spots in the while we take photos

Was not able to operate application like Facebook, Twitter, what's app

I have been escalating this issue to sanapdeal customer care from two months. I.e on October 29 2015.

I have purchased this tablet for my sister on her birthday and this is what I get…is this the way you people play with our emotions..i have been following with your company from last two months but still my issue is not solved

As informed by your customer care I have sent back the mobile to ur company and its received on 03/12/2015 at ur side but still I have not received the refund.
