Hi,

We ordered a Maharaja White line food processor from Snapdeal.com (order number 9596259610 and complain Id is 11807097) and had been delivered on 4th November.

This product was faulty and we asked for pickup and replacement several times by calling the helpline since 4th November but the request has not been dealt with.

It has been more than 14 days and this type of service is highly unacceptable. Everytime we called, the helpline members told us to wait for more days. The food processor is packed and ready to be picked up but there is no response from Snapdeal on this order replacement or refund.

We require your help to resolve this issue.
