My Complaint Description:
Dear Snapdeal CEO/ Manager Incharge/ Customer Care Head,
I'm writing to you with immense anger and mistrust regarding the purchase of a Mobile Phone through your portal (ORDER NUMBER: 11486646649).
After repeatedly verbalising my concern to your customer care executives and their managers (p.s. the number of calls made from my end would easily be more than 10), I have resorted to writing to you with a hope that immediate action would be taken and the needful shall be down ASAP.
I had ordered an INFOCUS M370i phone on 1st Feb 2016 which had to be delivered in Mhow, Indore. After using it for a day the phone stopped working. I had called the customer care and asked for the pickup. As I am a Defence personnel, serving the Indian Army, I had to leave for my training the very next day which would last for 30 days. I had asked the customer care to collect the phone from my coursemate who was already in Mhow at that time. As per your executive, it wasn't a problem and they would come to collect and refund my money. After returning to Delhi complaint training, on calling my coursemate I had come to know that the phone is still lying with him waiting for pickup. He had called the customer care twice but all went in vain.
From Delhi, I had called the customer care and they asked me to get the phone in Delhi so that they can collect it from Delhi as I was here for another 20 days. After 2-3 days I received my phone in Delhi and then I asked the Customer Care to arrange for the pickup. Ever since then there has been no one who has come for the pickup and my money still hasn't been refunded. I have made more than 10 phone calls to the customer care and in none have I been abusive to them. Even after all this, this is the kind of support we customers receive. The status shows that the refund has been initiated. There has been no pick up, no reverse phone calls and no refund till now.
Firstly, you are selling products which are of bad quality and secondly providing such pathetic customer care services. I feel ashamed of being a lieutenant and protecting the lives of people like you who are making a fool out the citizens of this country.
I have nothing more to say. You should be ashamed of the products and services which you are providing. Kindly ensure that the harassment which all this fuss has caused me is also taken into account. I am waiting for some serious action to be taken by you or else I would do the needful then.
