My Complaint Description:
i have purchased nicer dicer vegetable cutter of three piece in rs. 384*3 =1152 from, as i received it we have used only one piece first after a week then its blade easily broken, so we used other two but all are getting same problem during cutting very properly.

I have again contacted to snapdeal and they have confirmed that this is true problem but it is having only a week of garuntee.
so we contacted the company from which snapdeal is buying, but they gave me confirmation that this is not their product. it means snapdeal is using their fake name to trade.
we contacted too, they also told me these are not their product so snapdeal is not giving actual name of company from where they have given to us.

I am taking help of grahak suraksha with so much hope that snapdeal can learn lesson and refund us for the worst material product they have sold to us.
i have mailed to all person for this but nobody is taking responsibility.
