WE HAVE PURCHASE REEBOK MAKE FLOATERS WHICH WERE DELIVERED TO ON 4TH MAY 2015, AT THE TIME OF RECEIPT FOUND IN GOOD CONDITION.

WHILE USING THE PRODUCT WITHIN 15 – 20 DAYS OF TIME, THE BASE OF THE FLOATER WAS SEPARATED FORM THE BODY AND HENCE WE APPROACHED SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER CARE AND LAUNCH OUR COMPLIANT STATING ALL ABOVE MENTIONED REALITIES.

WE WERE GUIDED TO DROP A MAIL TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT AND WE HAVE FOLLOWED, AFTER TWO DAY WE GOT A CALL FROM THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT INFORMING THAT THEIR POLICY FOR RETURN . REFUND IS ONLY FOR SEVEN DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE DELIVERED OF THE MATERIAL AND THAN AFTER THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, WE HAVE ARGUED WITH THEM THAT THE 7 DAYS POLICY ARE ALWAYS TO INFORM YOU THE TRANSIT DAMAGE AND NOT ABOUT THE PRODUCT SELF GUARANTEE / WARRANTY, AND OUR COMPLAINT IS ALL ABOUT THE PRODUCT GUARANTEE / WARRANTY, AND NOT ABOUT THE TRANSIT ISSUE SO AFTER USAGE OF THE SUPPLIED MATERIAL WE COME TO KNOW ABOUT THE PRODUCT QUALITY.

BUT STILL THEY WERE STICK TO THEIR ARGUMENT AND NOT READY TO LISTEN TO US, AND HENCE WE HAVE REQUESTED FOR THE MAIL AND REQUESTED THEM TO REPLY AGAINST OUR MAIL COMPLAINT IN WRITTEN ONLY, IN TURN THEY HAVE SEND US THE MAIL STATING ABOUT THE 7 DAYS POLICY AND REFRAIN TO HELP US FURTHER MORE.

LOOKING TO THE ABOVE WE HUMBLY REQUEST YOU TO HELP US FOR REFUNDING OF OUR MONEY AND OBLIGED.
