My Complaint Description:
i brought a back pack thru snap-deal online under scheme buy one get one free, but get only one pcs. then i fillup return request from company mobile app. with my a/c . after some days company says that we have not facility to pickup return goods from your place so please sent manually on our address. then i send it by courier and also provide them a courier receipt . then they also refund me a courier charges thru free charge a/c as point .but not refund my product amount . and for that , so many time i contact to company for query, company calls are chargeable and for that i pay Rs 800 approx. . i did payment for product thru credit card . so i also face penalty by bank. snap-deal online giving me mentally harassment.
