My Complaint Description:
On 12th September 2016 I ordered a glass top gas stove with two burners vide Order ID No.15109574820 (Brightflame bf2bdgsc 2 Burners Manual) costing Rs. 2,307/- plus Rs. 70/- delivery charge, total Rs. 2,377/- (Mode of paytment : Cash on delivery). On 178th September 2016 around 06.00 pm I got the delivery (sealed delivery and not an open delivery) and paid the amount (Rs.2,377/-. Since it was a busy day I opened the same at about 09.30 pm. The stove was not as I ordered. It is cheaper model & designed The stove delivered was displayed on 12/09/2016 but yesterday (17/09/2016) it is disappeared. I would very humbly request you to instruct SNAPDEAL to send me the gas stove which I ordered the soonest and arrange to collect unwanted delivery made to me with out changing any thing from me ( Only at their risk and cost).
