Dear Sir,
This is my order no 9166853183
I have purchase mi4 16 Gb white date of 15-oct-2015. I have returned that product 6-11-2015 but the Sanpdeal company is not refund in my bank account.
I have give my bank details but he said me give other bank details. And company said refund is done but my bank statements is not show.
they just say that your refund is initiated but no refund shows in my account , they just give us the fake promises and all .

Please sir I want my money back.
