My Complaint Description:
i have purchase one laptop form online snapdeal . date 03/10/2014 i have received product by courier and cash paid to same courier person .After i had get damaged product from them so i had return laptop as per their email through courier. then after i would request for my cash refund for that i would send my bank details as per their requirement .
they always reply that you will get your refund within 5 to 7 working days but still today 27/12/2014 i am not getting my refund money from Snapdeal.com
