My Complaint Description:
Sir, I have registered a service request no.15061200309 on 12 June 2015 morning. My refrigerator is under the warranty period. Service request still not closed. It was first attended on 18 June 2015. But technician did not repaired or replaced the part now. I have called customer care no. 079-35324848 several times for the same to attend my request. Due to such delay , all food items were spoiled and a damage of approximately rs 3000 is occurred including my call costs to customer care centers. I am not able to hear satisfactorily answers from them. Do the needful plz.
