My Complaint Description:
I have purchased a Lenovo 5930 Mobile from Alfa Store Located in Irla Area, Zuhu, Mumbai.
I did an Insurance from the Store.
After Six Month I was Facing technical issues in Mobile So, I called the Service Provider Pickme doorstep Solutions.
Service Provided sent its executive dated 31/1/15 at 4 p.m. to pick my mobile. Executive Name Rohit.
Since then I m calling the Company and they are just saying My mobile is in the Hand of Technical Department.
If I ask them to give their address. they say,"They don't have power to give their Address". They are Home Pick up Service Provider.
I am Pretty much annoyed from their Service. I am working as a Camera man Freelancer in Media Line. My whole freelancing work is based from mobile only.I don't have Landline at my Home. I reside in a House of Rent with My Family. People connect camera man from Phone or Whtsapp or Message. I arranged money and bought that Mobile because it was a Multimedia Android Based Mobile. As a Camera man I have to send my work on whtsapp because these days anyone asks work profile hiring and Professional. But due to Pickme doorstep solutions's service I could not able to connect with others and Lost many Jobs. in Present, I have Samsung Guru Mobile which has no Multimedia or Whtsapp features in it.
I am claiming Rs.1,00,000/- amount for whatever the work I have lost due to service fail of Pickme doorstep solutions.
I hope Ghrahak Suraksha will accept my complaint and would help the get Claimed amount from the Company.
