My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,
I Purchased a Sony Camera. Within 2 years warranty period I faced 5 times trouble & 4 times I have deposited to service center. When ever they returns after repairing they says it will run ok, but repeatedly the defects occurs. Particularly one defect I faced thrice within the warranty period. From couple of months I am telling them when frequently defects are occured there must be parts problem or design problem.. After expiry of warranty period for repairing I am suppose to pay parts cost & service charge. Whice is not possible for me at my 62 years age retired life without pension. I requested them several times to take back the camera & refund me the aforesaid amount. Although I am not claiming for other attachment purchased for this camera. They do not agree to refund the money. Now Sir, it is my humble request to your good office kindly take needful action so that this poor aged man can get proper justice.
