My Complaint Description:
Hello Sir, I have purchased "spice" mobile thru "Home shop18".
I got product on 8th July 2016
and within a week mobile speaker have problem, sound burst -stop frequently problem….
then i complaint to HS18 customer care,, they given me local service center address…
then they change speaker, but within 2-3 days same problem repeat, infect problem increasing
So finally as per service station advice to replace this damage phone
But as per our talk with HS18 and spice company, I gave mobile to the company. After 13 days same phone return to me, but the problem still continues. you can ask to Mr. Rajesh who is working at spice Baroda local service station that he accepted the problem still arise, company assured that problem will solve not need to change but not hapands now I just want replacement or refund my money as possible, i will not bare this more…..
I think this model “Xlife Electro dragon trail 55” is failure model
my complaint is spice company not taking action/ not provide proper solution, not reply my E-mail. and HH18 says we transfer your complaint to spice retail ltd….
