My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,
My Spidigo id is dharapatel18.
I have a taken a Spidigo internet connection about 10 to 15 days ago.
I paid 8500 INR.
Since I have taken a connection the problem is arise .
Every day internet connection is disconnected or not working. I complain aprox everyday. They said engineer will come- their engineer came only one time but than too same problem I am facing.
When I call for complain they have one answer that in your area we have facing a technicAl issues.
I am a doctor and I have a lot of work with Internet .
When i asked for termination and refund , they said you have prepaid plan you won't be refund.
I just want to say we have take n connection since about 15 days so why I am not eligible for refund.
This company is not fulfilling his duty as per his criteria and they have their fake promise.
I also wants to claim for my disturbed work.
Please support me to get this out.
