My Complaint Description:
I bought Spidigo Broadband services for 1 year plan and paid them advance payment of 1 year on 17th August,2015. Due to constant break down of services, I had been raising too many complains to customer care of Spidigo. But my complains didn't solved by them. Finally I cancelled there services on 11th September,2015. After that they disconnected my services too but still not providing refund of my payment. I visited Spidigo office around 6 times and met Jigna madam, Vishalbhai, Dipakbhai and Purushottam Pandy but still not got refund.
