My Complaint Description:
I have been complaining from past 15 days for low internet speed, connection errors and as well as bad service, I have tried to contact them wia mail but they were not responding. Now, I go to their corporate office physically and said I want to close my connection they are saying this is not possible because its in our terms and condition, and when I am looking at their new customer form they have not written any kind of terms according to it and they said its placed on our website.
So tell me how can you help me and what should I do?
